I am originally from Japan but living in Ireland for more than 30 years where I breed and show cavaliers with Kitty Conlon who welcomed me, a cultural exchange student into her home all those years ago.

When I arrived in Kitty’s, she had 4 Blenheim boys and already showing successfully. One day I went with her to my very first Dog Show and I was hooked! Since then we acquired bitch with Homerbrent line and started our own RATHBRIST cavaliers and continue to this day. We have had great fun and success in the ring here in Ireland and made up number of champions. We also make occasional visit to U.K. shows and have won Best in Show at The Cavalier Club Show in 2010 and Bitch CC at Crufts 2019.

I have been judging since 1999 at Open show level and 2003 I judged at championship show for the first time. And now I am qualified to judge Group 9 breeds and Group under FCI. I was fortunate to be ask to judge at Club show in Australia, Denmark and Estonia and USA, and also UK for open show level.
